Anonymous Alerts® provides a comprehensive anonymous reporting and software management system. It offers a simple, secure platform that allows individuals to promptly report a wide range of incidents, including violence, bullying, cyberbullying, depression, drugs, gang-related activities, harassment, suicide threats, self-harm, social isolation, discussion of weapons usage, or any other concerning behavior that may require immediate attention from authorities. The system also facilitates anonymous 2-way communication with authorized personnel. Notably, Anonymous Alerts® is backed by a U.S. Patent (No. 9,071,579).

The reporting app developed by Anonymous Alerts® empowers students, parents, and community members to select a specific school official to contact, specify the type of incident being reported, indicate the school building or location involved, assign a priority level (normal or high), and attach photos, screenshots, or videos relevant to the incident.

Upon initial setup, users receive a unique login ID and password from their school or school district to access the platform. This login enables them to submit reports directly to designated school officials. Users have access to content tailored to their respective school or district and can submit incidents at their convenience. Notably, the system encrypts submitted information to ensure tipsters' anonymity while still allowing them the option to reveal their identity.

Additionally, students can utilize the Smart Button® feature to share their GPS location in emergencies like being lost, abducted, or in dangerous situations. School officials also benefit from this functionality for swiftly sharing location data during critical events.

Anonymous Alerts® plays a crucial role in the identification, prevention, and management of bullying incidents, safety concerns, and mental health issues across educational institutions and workplaces. The app is available for free download; however, organizations require a subscription to access its full functionality tailored with their specific details such as organization name, locations, relevant school contacts, and phone numbers. Institutions not currently subscribed are encouraged to reach out for subscription details.
